What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and more). In using our secure payment system it means that we do not record your credit card details and is a safe and secure way to pay online.


 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Do you have a returns and exchanges policy?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have a 30 day policy which allows you to return or exchange an item within that time. Unfortunately if 30 days have passed, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition in original packaging and you must have proof of purchase. There may be circumstances where you only receive a partial refund and this decision is made at our discretion. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. Please send us an email contact@newtonespresso.co.nz if you wish to return an item or have any questions.

Exchanges
We only exchange an item if it is damaged or is faulty. This is an exchange of the same item. Please send us an email contact@newtonespresso.co.nz if you wish to exchange an item or have any questions.
